Conferences
With three fully-equipped and air-conditioned rooms ranging in size from 36 sqm (the Focus Room) to 180 sqm (the Pod Kandelabrami Room), the MDM Hotel has space for conferences holding up to 160 participants. Each room also has a different ‘feel’, created by its size: the Focus Room is the smallest and as such, is very intimate. It is a good size for both formal negotiations and group brainstorming sessions, and boasts an incredible view of plac Konstytucji and the city center. Look out the window and feel inspired and energised! At 70 sqm, the Marszałkowska Room allows more flexibility in terms of seat arrangement and table placement, and can accommodate between 24 and 60 guests in its practical and professional space. And the Pod Kandelabrami Room can hold between 50 and 160 people, depending on seat and table arrangement. It also has very unusual architecture and décor – it calls to mind a courtyard somewhere in the Middle East, with a fountain, engraved details along the high ceiling and warmly-coloured columns and pillars around the room.
The hotel’s Business Center is located next to the conference facilities, and is made available to all conference participants. We also offer several menu sets for conference guests, which offer a variety of soups, salads, hot dishes and desserts.
